Why yoga and marketing? Because what we build internally is what we express externally. If we’re balanced within, we’re better in community with others. So, there are marketing services for the business and yoga offerings for the collective.

My mission is to build businesses and beings through marketing, movement, and mo. And as a people-first professional, I operate on a sliding scale to ensure there’s opportunity for collaborations at all levels. 

My favorite brand? My own. It’s my first client success story—an example of finding inspiration in everything and applying it accordingly. Growing up, I felt my name was harsh, lacked flexibility, and “cute” nicknames, which did not align with my childhood identity (brand, really.)

A lifetime later, when tasked with building my business brand I looked at it differently, By de- and reconstructing the components of my name and studying skills that aligned with my core traits, I landed on a vision and framework that allowed me to rebrand as my capabilities developed.
